Payment, Refund and Cancellation Policy
  • Events and 1-Day Programs (ie Nurturing our Hearts For Ramadan) tickets are non-refundable. Please contact  admin@therosegarden.info to transfer tickets.

  • For Yearly Programs: Each program has monthly reoccurring payments that will be billed based on the date of enrollment for the  2024-2025 program year.

    • Cancellations can be honored on a case-to-case basis, but a one-month notice AND the student replacement condition as mentioned below would apply. ​

  • For all programs including Camps: 

  • Classes are non-refundable, as each registration is a seat thats taken and reserved for your child, for the program term. 

  • To provide the very best teaching experience for your child, we work hard to hire qualified teachers for full-year term.  Class commitment is for the full term (ie: this means for the year for our yearly programs), unless a replacement family/child can be found to take your seat.

  • If a class session is canceled by The Rose Garden, we will try to schedule a make-up day. If one cannot be scheduled, we will issue you a credit for the missed program day.

  • If a student officially withdraws by notifying The Rose Garden administration, The Rose Garden will hold the unused tuition as credit to be used towards future classes.

  • Tuition can be transferred to another student with the approval of The Rose Garden.
